The Christ Prep Patriots fell to the Rock Creek Mustangs by a score of 56-32 last night at Rock Creek's home field in St. George, Kansas.
The Mustangs came out charging from the first play from scrimmage and didn't look back, accumulating a total of 49 first half points. The Patriots managed two spurts of scoring, both 16 point runs near the end of each half, but they were not enough to ever seriously threaten the 4-2 Mustangs.
Key losses for the Patriots were QB Josiah Thill, who reinjured his ankle early in the game, and Tanner Metzdorf who came out with an injured hip.
